Hello my name is Nicky

I’ve spent over two decades working in the fitness industry, teaching across a wide range of group fitness freestyle disciplines as well as selected pre-choreographed programs.
My curiosity around functional movement led me to qualify as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and that same desire to keep learning eventually brought me to Pilates. Both have shaped the way I approach programming, coaching, and movement — with purpose, balance, and attention to detail.
I love creating classes — whether it’s building a strong 32-count musical combination (my absolute jam) or designing effective small group training sessions. For me, it’s always about more than the workout. It’s about connection, clear coaching, and creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and capable.
In every class I teach, my goal is simple: to share knowledge, build confidence, and make sure participants leave feeling stronger and fulfilled.
